Dermal Fillers can be used to provide fuller, shapely, more youthful lips. Ageing naturally causes your lips to become thinner and lose definition and this is noticed usually by the vertical wrinkles that can cause 'bleeding' of lipstick. A small enhancement with filler alleviates this. 

In younger clients fillers can be used to produce a more 'pouty' look.

 

Fillers are comprised of hyaluronic acid with a local anaesthetic to make the procedure less painful.

They are injected under the skin where the hyaluronic acid attracts and binds water under the skin providing volume and hydration.

After treatment there maybe redness, pin prick marks and swelling which should settle in a few days. Cold packs are advisable to alleviate swelling and arnivce can reduce bruising.
